These units have a wide temperature and humidity range and are designed in accordance with ICH Q1A guidelines, making them perfect for pharmaceutical stability drug testing. Caron's Environmental Test Chambers are also ideal for numerous other applications, such as shelf life studies, stability and package testing, temperature and humidity elevation studies and more.

Our units come in three different sizes and are all designed to take up a minimal footprint, allowing you to most efficiently take advantage of your laboratory floor or bench space. Multiple optional accessories are also available, allowing you to cost-effectively customize the unit according to your requirements.

STANDARD FEATURES 

• The wide temperature range of 5°C to 70°C and humidity range from 20% to 98% offer you the flexibility to simulate a wide range of environmental conditions.
• Unlike conventional steam generator humidification systems, Caron’s gVapor™ humidity system delivers controlled humidity vapor on an as-needed basis without wasting energy or generating heat. 
• Our gROD™, Refrigeration on Demand, efficiently manages power consumption and saves electricity.
• Caron's unique design includes “tool-less” removal of interior components which minimizes downtime for cleaning and allows you to change interior configuration to adapt to your changing needs. 
• Heated, triple-pane, argon filled, glass door meets new Department of Energy standards for refrigerated equipment. The energy efficient door heater minimizes condensation on the door for a clear view of your product and aids in temperature recovery,
• Environmental Test Chambers are designed with energy-efficient components, including high R, CFC-free foam insulation. The 115V units will plug into standard laboratory electrical outlets.
• Caron’s carefully designed horizontal airflow system generates evenly distributed airflow across all shelf locations. Temperature uniformity and rapid recovery are maintained even under heavy loads.
• In the event of a power failure, non-volatile memory allows the chamber to return to its original setpoint when power is restored.
• Setpoint deviation alarm visually and audibly alerts you of a problem with the convenient option to silence the audible alarm.
• Dual display of temperature and humidity allows you to visualize instantaneous setpoint and operating conditions. Setpoints are easily adjusted by simply pressing the up or down arrow keys.
• The Model 6040 comes standard with heavy-duty, factory-installed swivel casters and leveling feet, which makes installation and relocation in and around your laboratory easy. It boasts 33 cu. ft. of high volume testing capacity.
• The Model 6020, 25 cu. ft. unit, comes complete with factory-installed, heavy-duty swivel casters and leveling feet, which makes installation and relocation in and around your laboratory easy. This unit will also roll through a standard 34” x 80” doorway without modification.
• The Model 6010, 10 cu. ft. unit, comes standard on leveling feet and is ideal for a sturdy benchtop application. These units are also stackable.
• The ergonomically-designed door handle allows easy access into the chamber.
• Lockable control panel minimizes the possibility of unauthorized access.  Two access ports (one on the 10 cu. ft. model) make validation easy and provide user-convenience for connecting instrumentation. 
• A wide range of accessories are available, allowing you to modify the chamber to your specific application requirements.

Model 6010 and optional CRSY102, Condensate Recirculating System. The CRSY102 provides a pure water source to your chamber. It converts tap water into purified water, eliminating the need to purchase more expensive water purification systems or maintain a supply of distilled or deionized water.
