(Marietta, OH, May 12, 2009) The new 25 cu. ft. product line continues to grow at CARON with the addition of the Heated Incubator/Environmental Chamber (Model 6023). This new 25 cu. ft. unit comes standard with many of CARON's sought after customer-friendly features.

 

CARON will feature the new unit at the 109th American Society for Microbiology (ASM) Meeting on Monday, May 18 through Wednesday May 20 in booth 832. CARON will also display another unit new to the 25 cu. ft. product line, the Refrigerated CO2 Incubator (Model 6026) at ASM.

 

"With the Heated Incubator/Environmental Chamber addition, CARON continues to expand its portfolio of incubator products," said Bob Dotterer, applications engineer.

 

The Heated Incubator/Environmental Chamber features a full temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 70°C, controlled with a drift-resistant RTD that maximizes temperature stability over time.

 

This unit also comes with a "tool-less" removable interior so customers spend less downtime for cleaning and can easily change the interior configuration to their specific testing needs.

CARON strives to offer the most accurate products on the market, and with the carefully designed horizontal airflow system, the Heated Incubator/Environmental Chamber maintains maximum uniformity and rapid recovery even under heavy cabinet loads.

 

Additional customer-friendly features include factory-installed, heavy duty casters so the 25 cu. ft. products have the ability to roll through a standard 34" x 80" doorway without modification, and an ergonomically designed door handle.

 

New 25 cu. ft. models also include a stainless steel interior and sliding shelves which are easily cleaned and highly resistant to corrosion. The shelves are easily adjustable to allow access to your valuable samples.
