 (Marietta, OH, August 13, 2009) Caron's new Service and Quality literature is now available. The literature describes all of the technical services Caron offers for customers, including validation protocols, calibration, preventative and extended maintenance and installation services.
"Our customers need to have something they can print out and take with them that will explain in detail all the technical services we have to offer," said Jim Lang, director of Service and Quality. "This new piece of literature is an important addition because we want our customers to know everything we can provide factory direct."
Caron offers full on-site factory developed validation, according to IQ, PQ and OQ protocols, that satisfies FDA guidelines. Calibration is performed on-site or in the factory. The extended maintenance is equivalent to a new product warranty and preventative maintenance assures the customer that equipment is working properly, ultimately extending the life of equipment. Full on-site installation on all models is also offered.
