Marietta, OH, July 24, 2023. Today, Caron Products and Services, Inc. (“Caron”), a leading provider of laboratory equipment used in small and large molecule drug development and manufacturing, cell, and gene therapy research, and academic research, announced that Joanna Moncivaiz has joined Caron’s Leadership Team as Chief Operating Officer. Based in Marietta, Ohio, she will report to Jay Hexamer, President and CEO of Caron. Joanna will focus on overall process improvements and efficiencies in the US and UK as Caron continues to provide controlled environment solutions to its customers across all segments. “With Joanna spearheading our comprehensive process improvement initiatives, Caron is poised not only to address the needs of our customers today but also to anticipate and fulfill their evolving needs of tomorrow,” said Caron President and CEO Jay Hexamer.
Joanna brings extensive knowledge in Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and general Operations from her 3 ½ years at Filtec (an SFW company) as CFO and VP of Finance for 15-years at TASI Group. She has been involved with five acquisitions during her career: three as a seller and two as a buyer. Joanna also possesses a wealth of expertise in business integrations and process improvement initiatives.

Joanna, a Cincinnati native, holds a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
